By placing an order with Pinkmate, you confirm that:

- You are purchasing for personal, lawful use only
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing, shipping costs, and product availability at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.
5. Shipping and delivery

6. The Pinkmate Promise™ — returns and refunds
Pinkmate offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on first orders, known as The Pinkmate Promise™.
This guarantee applies to first purchases only, per customer, and requires that the product has been used as directed for the full 14-day period. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@pinkmate.co.uk with your order number and a brief description of your experience. All requests are subject to review. Pinkmate reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. Product use
Pinkmate is designed for external intimate use only. Always use products as directed on the label.
Pinkmate products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you experience any irritation, discomfort, or adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately. If symptoms persist, please consult your GP.
Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, branding, images, graphics, product names, and the Pinkmate Promise™ — belongs to Pinkmate and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinkmate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Pinkmate website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
