We want your Pinkmate to arrive quickly, safely, and exactly when you need it. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery options
Standard Delivery — £3.99 Delivered in 2–4 working days.
Free Standard Delivery Free on all orders over £40. Delivered in 2–4 working days.
Express Next Day Delivery — £6.99 Need it fast? Order before 2pm and we'll get it out the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Order processing
We process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.
Tracking your order
Every Pinkmate order is sent with full tracking. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link so you can follow your parcel from our door to yours.
Delivery delays
We always aim to deliver within the timeframes above. Occasionally, delays can occur due to courier issues, peak periods, adverse weather, or circumstances outside of our control. If this happens, we appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed.
Incorrect shipping information
Please take a moment to check your delivery details before completing your order. Unfortunately Pinkmate cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.
Lost or missing parcels
